Neon Piss - “Peaceful Assembly” from Demo 2010
San Francisco’s Neon Piss play that perfect mixture of punk rock that’s melodic enough to appeal to my pop sensibilities, but raging and uptempo enough to satisfy the youthful teen angst within me that keeps me interested in punk rock. I hear a lot of bands in this vein that almost get it right, but something is always lacking. Neon Piss do it right though. Great vocals, perfectly tight drumming and great melodic leads. I can’t wait for them to put out a proper record.
