Teenage Head - “Ain’t Got No Sense” from Teenage Head
I often think about how many times one can repeat the same mistake and still not learn from it. I wish I could say I was above this behavior, but I’m constantly repeating past mistakes and swearing never again. When I was a kid I thought that by the time you were a certain age, things clicked, and though natural human mistakes occurred, life fell into place. It was an admittedly naive look at the world, but my parents made it look so easy, even when times weren’t great. Now I wonder when I’ll stop repeating the past and get things right in hopes I don’t end up a 60 year old man scrambling to figure things out.
